Voici quelques expressions et phrases courantes que vous pouvez utiliser lorsque vous parlez au téléphone. Les phrases informelles sont principalement destinées à la famille et aux amis. Les phrases formelles sont destinées aux appels professionnels et officiels et aux appels vers des personnes importantes. Appelant inconnu signifie que la personne qui répond au téléphone ne sait pas qui appelle. Cela se produit principalement lorsque vous répondez à un appel vers un téléphone fixe sans identification de l'appelant ou vers un téléphone mobile ou un smartphone à partir d'un numéro qui ne figure pas dans les contacts du téléphone.
